Founded in 2008 (as RoundAbout Travel), Complex Travel Group consists of RoundAbout Travel, QFlyer, Flat Beds and Flat Beds Tour + Cruise. Founded by Mark and Amy Trim, Complex Travel Group has a focus on providing complex airfare and travel solutions for our national clients.
Since 2008, RoundAbout Travel has been the market leading and only specialist Australian travel agent focused on round the world airfares.
Established in 2015, QFlyer is a specialist online travel agent aimed at high tier Qantas frequent flyer members, our Consultants are experts at maximising status credit accrual on Qantas and partner airlines whilst keeping costs down.
Flat Beds was launched in 2017 to provide value driven business and first class passengers real fares and real service on quality airlines.
In 2023, Flat Beds expanded to offer luxury Tours + Cruises with the advantage of bundling flights to unlock exclusive deals and personalised value.
A part of Link Travel Group, Complex Travel Group is fully ATAS accredited and has won multiple agency awards in recent years.
